RV Pancakes

There’s nothing quite like pancakes for breakfast; making them in your recreational vehicle is easy with this recipe. It would be best if you had simple ingredients and a hot grill, and you’ll have delicious pancakes in no time.

To make RV Pancakes, you’ll need the following:

-1 cup of all-purpose flour
-1 tablespoon of baking powder
-1 teaspoon of salt
-1 egg
-1 cup of milk
-2 tablespoons of cooking oil or butter, melted
-Additional butter or cooking oil for the griddle

Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. In another bowl, whisk together the egg and milk. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until everything is combined – don’t overmix! Add in the melted butter or oil and mix again briefly.

Heat your griddle or frying pan over medium heat. Add butter or oil to coat the surface, then pour on your pancake batter. Cook until bubbles start forming on the pancake surface, then flip and cook for another minute or two on the other side. Serve with syrup, honey, or your favorite toppings, and enjoy!

RV S’mores

There’s nothing quite like making s’mores around the campfire, but sometimes you don’t feel like dealing with the smoke. S’mores are the perfect treat if you’re looking for a fun snack in your recreational vehicle!

To make s’mores in your RV, you’ll need the following:

-1 package of graham crackers
-1 packet of chocolate chips
-1 package of marshmallows

Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees. Then, line a baking sheet with foil and set aside. Next, break the graham crackers into small squares and place them on the baking sheet. Top the graham crackers with chocolate chips and marshmallows. Make sure to evenly distribute the toppings so that every court has some of each ingredient.

Place the baking sheet in the oven, let everything melt, and get gooey for about 10 minutes. Once time is up, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before enjoying!
